SPOT Royal is the name of a list concerts with new Danish acts, who will be presented on the stage at Immervad facing The Spanish Steps.
SPOT Royal now gives Aarhus, its citizens and the tourist a concert stage, where they will be able to see new acts not just from Aarhus but from all over the country on scheduled Saturdays in the summer months.
On the 24th of June from 2pm to 4 pm you will get the chance to meet Dream Folk duo The Attic Sleepers and local songwriter Martin Baltser and his band.
The Attic Sleepers
The Attic Sleepers are back with the new single ‘Leopard’. Following the 2015 ep, ‘Languin’, which included the singles ‘Lines’ and ‘Airport’ where the ladder reciewed most plays on Radio P6 Beat, that year. It was also the year where The Attic Sleepers made their mark on the danish live scene, with shows at many big festival such as, Roskilde Festival, Smukfest, Trailerpark Festival and SPOT Festival.
Martin Baltser
With his new single ‘Call Me Wild’ electro/folk musician Martin Baltser has already caught many people’s attention around the world – including an established dance group in L.A. and several international music blogs, who praise the music and draw parallels to Bon Iver and Sigur Rós. Four new singles are on their way – all of them with stunning layers of sound and lyrics about vulnerable masculinity.
